A short History of London

The location of the future city of London first appears in history as a tiny military storage facility used by the Romans during their invasion of England, which began in A.D. 43.


 It was unquestionably positioned as a trading hub with the continent and quickly developed into a sizable port. 


When Boudica, the Sovereign of the Iceni, a local English clan occupying East Anglia,

 set it on fire in A.D. 61 during her foolish rebellion against Roman power,
